Life coaching is for people who want to improve their quality of life. Simple.You may feel stuck or lost. You may be struggling with anxiety, lack of motivation, loneliness, and/or stress. Or maybe there's a thing you've been meaning to do.

Training

Worked for 2 years in a private medical practice as part of a multidisciplinary team. Provided supportive mental health counselling, assisted with home visits and offered practical assistance to patients as required.Professionally life coaching since 2021.

We’ll introduce ourselves, talk about what you want and what I offer, then decide if I am a good fit for you as a life coach. This is your chance to ask me any questions you have and sign up if you are ready to get started.

That is completely fine! (If you want to, you can say, "I'll... think about it.”) If you want, I can still send you some resources and refer you to other supports. For example, maybe MC Mentoring is more your style.

Appointments are pretty free flowing and conversational. You can tell me about your progress and any new events. I will share my thoughts with you, offering concrete recommendations to address any challenges we identify. Finally, we’ll wrap up by reviewing your priorities and establishing a plan of action until our next appointment.

Depends on your goals and needs. Achieving a simpler goal, such as getting started on a new habit you’ve already been considering, may take only two or three sessions. More complex goals, such as navigating the world of relationships or adjusting your self-concept, will take as many sessions as you want.

As often as you'd like! Weekly is fairly standard, although meeting more often can be additionally beneficial in certain circumstances. I also have clients who book relatively infrequently, according to their needs. It’s totally up to you. No commitments. I’ll be here!

The 30 minute consultation is free of charge, with no obligation whatsoever to purchase additional service. Prices are listed on the booking page. Click on a specific appointment type to see the price..

PayPal. However, I am open to setting up other payment methods. If PayPal is a non-option for you, please let me know!

A little bit! Some people like to share a Google Document with me to make our appointments more efficient. This allows us to spend less time catching up and more time actively problem-solving. You can share a journal, notes, or a running commentary of your thoughts on a topic. As a guideline, it should take no more than 10 minutes to read. This is a support offered to people who book weekly.
You can occasionally shoot me a message if you have a quick question, need extra support, or if we’ve agreed for you to update me on a particular topic. I don’t charge extra for communication outside of appointments, so take this as a possible bonus with no obligation on my part, yeah? That said, you can message me at any hour. I use Do Not Disturb; you won’t wake me.
